Shipping Policy: April 26th, 2026
PNW Pokemon ships within the United States only. This policy explains how we handle shipping, what addresses we accept, and what happens if an order cannot be fulfilled. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
Shipping
All orders ship via standard shipping with an estimated delivery of 3–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. PNW Pokemon is not responsible for carrier delays.
We do not accept orders shipping to freight forwarding facilities, package forwarding services, or any third-party reshipping address. Orders identified as shipping to such a facility will be canceled immediately and are subject to our cancellation fee.
Freight forwarders (e.g. myUS, Shipito, Planet Express, Stackry) are services that provide a U.S. address for the purpose of re-shipping packages overseas. We enforce this policy to prevent international chargeback fraud and to protect our customers.

International Orders
We do not ship internationally. All orders must be delivered to a valid U.S. address.
Standard P.O. boxes — including those provided by USPS, UPS Store, FedEx Office, and similar mailbox services — are accepted.

Cancellations
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PNW Pokemon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Address Accuracy
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. PNW Pokemon is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the carrier.
